New Head Chef


Mickael Lavoisier, born in Nîmes and of French nationality, is the new Chef de Cuisine at our O 'Terroirs restaurant.
After two successful years as sous-chef, he will take over as head of the kitchen brigade at the beginning of 2023.
His travels, notably to Corsica, Guernsey, Courchevel and Neuchâtel, have enabled him to learn about a wide range of culinary cultures.
Mickael then demonstrated his skills to students at the Vatel school in Nîmes, where he passed on his rigour and discipline.
The Beau-Rivage Hôtel is looking forward to this new adventure and it is with great joy and enthusiasm that we wish him every success.
