Profile required

• Hotel studies with one year's experience in a customer service position in a luxury hotel
• Proficiency in Fidelio software and other IT tools
• Know, understand and apply internal rules and regulations as well as hygiene, fire evacuation and safety procedures.
• Bilingual French/English (other languages an asset)
• Fluent verbal and writing skills
• Good team spirit and cooperation
• Know how to listen and manage priorities when the volume of work is high
• Etre à l’aise avec la clientèle, bonnes aptitudes de vente, souriant(e) et une très bonne présentation
• Be autonomous and have a sense of responsibility
• Entry: immediately or by arrangement
